How To Make Walking Dinosaur Costume?
Design
We can not make any animatronics by imagination, to make a dinosaur suit, you need to have a draft at first. The draft usually designed by our art designers. Since we have made a lot of dinosaur suit we have a lot of dinosaur design as well.
Mechanical frame making
Mechanical frame is the bones of a dinosaur costume. It keeps the suit sturdy, durable and flexible. Shaping the dinosaur
The body of dinosaur suit are making by this step. Firstly, workers will stick sponges on the frame then they will use sharp knifes sculpture sponges. Dinosaur appearance is preliminary shaping After patiently cutting. We need strictly sculpture it according to the dinosaurs’ body proportion.
Make muscle texture

The dinosaur is sleeping or defending itself depending on the control of the inside operator.
Electric fan: Two fans are set up in the inside special position of the dinosaur, air circulation is formed on real significance, and the operators will not feel too hot, or bored.
Sound control: The product is set up with a voice control box on the back part of the dinosaur to control the voice of the dinosaur's mouth and blinking. the control box not only can adjust the volume of the sound, but it also can connect USB memory to make a dinosaur voice more freely, and let the dinosaur speak human language, can even sing while doing the yangko dance.
