1.3D Design

Our design team will design the posture of the dinosaur according to the needs of customers, and send the completed design drawing and relevant data to the production department for production.

2.Frame manufacturing

Workers will cut the steel according to the material data, and the welding department will build the dinosaur bones according to the drawings.

3.Modeling

At the same time, the power department will install motors on various parts of the skeleton according to the movements of the dinosaur on the design drawing, so as to control the movements of the dinosaur. This part will carry out repeated tests to make the dinosaur's movements more natural and smooth.

4.Shaping

The shaping part will allow professional experienced teachers to cut the sponge and carve out the muscle shape of the dinosaur and the texture of the body surface.

5.Spray color

Finally, the dinosaur is painted according to the customer's needs.
