Nailosaurus, also known as Ken's dragon, is a dinosaur of the genus Nailosaurus in the family Stegosaurus ornithischia. The fossil was found in Tanzania, East Africa. It is a plant-eating dinosaur that lived in the late Jurassic period, about 155.7 million years ago. 150.8 million years ago. The length of Stegosaurus is about 4.9 meters and the weight is about 1 ton. Its body is only a quarter of the size of Stegosaurus, which is similar to the modern giant rhinoceros. It may be the smallest member of the Stegosaurus family.
There are two rows of spines from the neck to the tail of the spike dragon. They are arranged along the neck and shoulders, from the middle to the back, and gradually become narrower and pointed. There are also a pair of sharp thorns on both sides of its shoulders as defensive weapons. Spikeosaurs can swing their spiked tails from side to side to avoid being attacked, and the spikes on the sides of their hips also protect them from attacks.
Stegosaurus is still a close relative of North America's Stegosaurus, but differs in size, body agility and the shape of its defensive plate armor. The plate armor of Stegosaurus was spiny, while the back of Stegosaurus was a plate-like structural bony layer arranged in highly specialized flat plates.
Although Stegosaurus was much smaller than Stegosaurus, it was much more capable of self-defense. Due to its sharp defensive spines, any creature attacking the Spike Dragon is likely to suffer back damage, and it can pierce the thickest fur and armor when in attack mode, causing a bleeding effect that can even drag smaller creatures. OK.
Therefore, the melee attack capability of Spikeosaurus is considered very strong among herbivorous dinosaurs.
