The 29th Zigong International Dinosaur Lantern Fair will be held from January 17 to March 31, 2023. With the theme of "The Light of Dreams · The City of Thousands of Lights", this year's Lantern Fair continues to break through and improve on the basis of previous lantern fairs, connecting the real and virtual world through lantern, creating China's first "story + gamification" immersive lantern fair. The 28th Zigong International Dinosaur Lantern Fair will open in late January 2022. All lights will be lightened at 6:30 p.m. The whole Lantern Festival site set up "Bring Prosperity to The Nation and Security to The People.", "Homesickness for Hometown", "Together to The Future", "The Mountains and Rivers Remain Intact", "Dream Time" 5 areas, 17 sections, and to "integrate the traditional national culture of immersive interactive digital Lantern Festival" as the positioning, "become the Spring Festival Gala and other large platform festival venue or sub-venue" as the goal.
